This article focuses on agrarian conflict in Pergulaan Village, Serdang Bedagai district in North Sumatra province. Levi-Strauss’ approach is used to analyze the types of the agrarian conflicts in North Sumatra. The violation of human rights has been occurred in many cases on agrarian conflict in North Sumatra such as forced eviction, harassment or arbitrary imprissonment of argrarian leadres.
